Return & Exchange
- Please submit request within 14 days of receipt of the products on our Return portal. Our Customer Service team will handle any request no later than 3 working days.
- We hope every customer would have a satisfied after-sales experience, so for any issues please do not hesitate to email us: info@fansfengshui.com.
- Returned & Exchanged products needs to be in unused, good condition and retaining all original tags and packaging. Normally Returns and Exchange shipments are at customer's expense.
- Sale items and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping International
- All shipping rates are included at checkout pages. You can enjoy a free shipping on orders +$200 USD.
- Shipment is usually arranged within 3-7 working days after the customer placing order. You will get an email with a tracking number from us once the shipment is arranged. If there is an expected timeline more than 7 business days, you will get an email from us.
- We use FedEx International Express, DHL Express or UPS Express for most regions and countries. The normal shipping timeline is expected to be 3-7 business days, which does not include weekends, holidays in departure countries and destination countries, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end, such as bad weather or traffic.
- Duties and taxes are included in the total at checkout pages. Customers do not need to pay any custom fees when receiving our products :) .
